Service Mate for Small Business Accounting 2006 (05/20/2007)
Service Mate for Small Business Accounting (SBA) enables business owners to track time, materials, expenses, and travel by employee. All service and item type information is pulled directly from SBA. There is no need to add or maintain item or service information outside of SBA. In addition to item and service information, all accounts are pulled directly from SBA. These pulls reduce errors associated with missing accounts or item numbers. Once the data entry is validation is satisfied, two clicks takes you from projected billing to SBA Invoices. EDI Pro 2.0 (11/01/2007)
EDI Pro 2.0 enables business owners to extract rebate information from their existing ERP system, format the data into an approved EDI format and then transmit the EDI files to their vendors for processing. EDI Pro 2.0 comes with canned reports to manage the rebate information by customer, by invoice. Additionally, EDI pro 2.0 is user configurable to permit integration with additional vendors with minimal customizations.
